As New England's leading teaching practice, Highbar makes professional development part of your workweek, not something you squeeze in to meet your CEU
Highbar is New England's leading teaching practice - a premier, PT-led outpatient network built to give clinicians clinical autonomy, real mentorship, and a career that doesn't require burning out to succeed.
Most PTs come to Highbar after experiencing the burnout, high patient loads, and top-down management that's common across the industry. Here, they stay because the difference is real, not just a recruiting pitch.
they finally feel like professionals again. They have time to think, time to document, and time to actually invest in each patient. Schedules don't spiral. Leadership listens. And when life gets hard, the practice bends, not the clinician.
