Provides direct personal care assistance to patients, including triage and rooming, under the direction of licensed personnel. Performs day-to-day clerical tasks and participates in ongoing educational activities to ensure patient safety.
Requires a minimum of one year of experience and completion of an approved nursing or medical assistant course. Must hold or obtain certification from an accredited body and BLS certification within specified timeframes.
Provides personal care assistance to patients under the direction of licensed personnel and /or Administrator.
