The Medication Aide is responsible for administering prescribed medications and treatments to residents while documenting effects and communicating concerns to the Wellness Director. Additionally, they support residents with activities of daily living to maximize independence and preserve dignity.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and hold CBRF Class Certifications in Medication Administration, First Aid, and Safety. Prior direct care experience is preferred along with strong communication and organizational skills.
