The LPN is responsible for overseeing the health and wellbeing of residents, including medication administration and medical monitoring. They collaborate with RN supervisors and outside medical professionals to ensure all resident medical needs and care plans are met.
Candidates must possess a valid nursing degree and license along with a valid CT driver's license. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle stressful or crisis situations are required.
Saturday & Sunday 10: 00am- 10:00pm
Total: Part-Time Over (24 hours/week)
The LPN is responsible for overseeing the health and wellbeing of the residents and medication administration under the oversight of the RN Supervisor/Manager.
This position reports directly to the Supervising RN/Manager. Develops and maintains relationships with the following:
1. Program Managers 2. Direct Support Staff 3. Office Administrative Staff 4. Agency Nursing Staff 5. Program Director 6. Health Care Consultants 7. Regulatory Agencies 8. Community (neighboring businesses, etc.) 9. Maintenance Staff
Certified Residential Medication Aide/Personal Support Specialist (CRMA/PSS)
Domestic and Sexual Violence Counselor
State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)
Wound care Registered Nurse, RN or LPN
Ophthalmic Technician
Resident Care Associate
