High SchooI Diploma or GED equivalent Six months experience performing rhythm strip interpretation. Ability to communicate and work with medical professionals. Any equivalent combination of education and work experience required to provide comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities. Demonstrated leadership ability, human relations and organization skills. Must be able to hear and verbally communicate with the telephone, for essential duties involving receiving and giving information. Provides accurate and timely interpretation and dissemination of information to critical care staff members and other members of the health care team related to patients cardiac rhythms as per cardiac monitoring. Pay Range: $18.11 - $25.35 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
