The LVN Charge Nurse ensures quality care for residents by monitoring conditions, administering medications, and implementing individual care plans. They are also responsible for overseeing aides and coordinating with physicians regarding resident health changes.
Candidates must have completed an LVN program from an accredited school and hold an active Texas LVN license in good standing. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
