The Social Worker provides therapeutic services to clients with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, facilitating counseling sessions, and creating treatment plans while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Candidates must hold a current Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) license in Arkansas and a Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field. Knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and proficiency with electronic health records are required.
Current Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) license in the State of Arkansas. Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, behavioral health, or related field (Master’s preferred). Knowledge of substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders, and evidence-based treatment practices. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations. proficiency with electronic health records and documentation systems.
