Medication Technicians provide direct, compassionate care by assisting residents with prescribed medication administration and daily living activities according to personalized plans. Responsibilities also include maintaining medication inventory, following documentation protocols, and ensuring resident comfort, safety, and well-being.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and current First Aid and CPR certification or the ability to obtain them. Preferred qualifications include at least 12 months of experience administering medications in a professional caregiving setting, strong communication skills, high integrity, and a willingness to work weekends and overnight shifts.

Our Medication Technicians (Med Tech/CMA) provide compassionate, direct care to our residents, assisting them with medication administration and activities of daily living, in accordance with their personalized medication and treatment plans. You will be part of a team that fosters a supportive and nurturing environment for our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS Education and Certifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain. Experience, Competencies, and Skills: At least 12 months of experience administering medications in a professional caregiving setting is preferred. Experience with memory care is a plus but not required. Excellent attention to detail and high integrity. Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset. Positive attitude, empathy, patience, and commitment to treating our residents with dignity and respect. Willingness to participate in weekend and overnight shifts.
