Prn tech - Pharmacy

Responsibilities

• The Pharmacy Technician, under the direct supervision of the pharmacist and within all regulatory rules governing pharmaceutical services, provides for complete pharmaceutical services to the facility.
• Position Schedule: Every third weekend from 8:00am - 5:00pm and PRN as needed

• Licensure/Certification: · Current Pharmacy technician registration · Current Tennessee Driver’s License · Current Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) by Pharmacy Technician Certification Board preferred.

Experience

• · Previous experience in hospital pharmacy is preferred. A working knowledge of Joint Commission Standards, and state and federal laws and regulatory requirements. · Previous experience with MedDispnse preferred.
