Florida

Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification and proof of formal training to expose X-rays (including FDOH Permit to expose X-rays).

Georgia

CPR Certification, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification, and proof of formal training to expose X-rays.

Massachusetts

CPR Certification, proof of formal training to expose X-rays, BORID certification and annual CE requirements must be completed per state regulations.

Michigan

• Upon hiring, you are required to furnish evidence of X-ray training certification. If you do not possess certification at the time of hiring, you are granted an 8-week period to submit it.
