Provide patient-centered occupational therapy services to a medically complex geriatric population in a skilled nursing facility. Focus on functional outcomes, quality of life, and safe transitions to the next level of care.
Must hold a current Washington COTA license and possess compassion for the geriatric population. While one year of skilled nursing facility experience is preferred, it is not required.
Part-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Cascades of Bremerton, Bremerton WA Independence Rehab is actively seeking a compassionate, motivated Part-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Cascades of Bremerton in Bremerton, WA. We partner closely with skilled nursing facilities to provide patient-centered therapy services focused on functional outcomes, quality of life, and safe transitions to the next level of care. Current Washington COTA license SNF experience preferred, but not required Compassion for the geriatric population Strong communication and teamwork skills While we prefer candidates with at least one year of SNF experience, we are always excited to connect with caring, passionate therapists who are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
