Provide quality primary care and excellent patient experiences as part of a collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers. Manage a full-time schedule including shared on-call responsibilities approximately every seventh week.
Requires an APRN or PA-C degree, board certification, and a valid Utah medical license with prescriptive authority and DEA. BLS certification is required, and 2+ years of experience is preferred.

In this role you will work with 4 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers who place high importance on teamwork and collaboration. Our team is well-known for synergy, and high patient satisfaction scores. You will practice at Hurricane Valley Clinic in Hurricane, UT Your hours will be full-time, and your schedule may be 3 to 4 days per week depending on the clinic's needs. Our clinic is open Monday – Friday 7am – 7pm weekly. Your on-call responsibilities are shared among all providers and will be approximately every 7th week for 7 days.
