The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients, designing written plans of care, and implementing treatment programs to restore physical function. They also supervise therapy assistants and students while maintaining detailed patient documentation in EMR systems.
Candidates must be licensed to practice physical therapy and be graduates of an accredited physical therapy curriculum. Required certifications include current CPR and Basic Cardiac Life Support.
Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute is looking for someone to work full-time as a Physical Therapist at the San Marco Rehab.

The Physical Therapist provides an evaluation and assessment, design a written plan of care, implementation and supervision of treatment programs and educational services.
