A Brighter Future Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Homecare Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality care to clients in their homes. The Homecare CNA will assist with daily living activities, personal care, and health monitoring, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for our clients. This position requires adherence to all applicable laws and regulations in North Carolina.
Personal Care: Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Mobility Assistance: Help clients with mobility, including transfers from bed to wheelchair, walking, and range of motion exercises. Vital Signs Monitoring: Measure and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure. Medication Reminders: Assist clients with medication reminders and follow care plans as instructed by healthcare professionals. Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to clients' dietary needs and preferences. Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in meaningful conversations and activities.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided, client condition, and any changes observed.
Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals regarding client care and needs.
Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures to ensure the well-being of clients and yourself.
Certification: Must hold a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of North Carolina.
Demonstrated compassion, patience, and a strong desire to help others.
The Homecare CNA will work primarily in client homes, providing one-on-one care. This role may require flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet clients' needs.
