The role involves managing patient intake, including taking vital signs, completing HPI, and handling data entry for new patient packets. Additionally, the assistant manages referrals, medication printing, and prior authorizations within an interventional pain management setting.
Candidates must hold an active CCMA, CMA, CPhT, or RMA certification and have passed AAMA, NHA, or RMA testing. While healthcare experience is a plus, new graduates are welcome to apply if they meet the certification requirements.

The North Columbus Surgery Center offers spinal-focused interventional pain management using the Boston Scientific Spinal Cord Stimulator and Stryker Radiofrequency tools, as well as nonsurgical options for pain and nonopioid medical therapies for those over the age of 18. These specialists pride themselves on their ability to give their patients the best care and service.

Seeking a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant to join our team in a Interventional Pain Management Clinic!
Healthcare experience is a plus, but we are willing to train a new graduate as long as they meet all other requirements. Must be able to handle a fast paced work environment.
C-ARM Machine experience highly preferred
