The Veterinary Assistant will support the Radiation Oncology Service by monitoring anesthesia and performing clinical tasks like venipuncture and diagnostic imaging. They are also responsible for client communication, patient scheduling in the EMR, and collaborating with the oncology team to implement treatment plans.
Candidates must be proficient in anesthesia administration and monitoring. Strong organizational, teamwork, and communication skills are required to effectively manage patient care and client interactions.
