The role involves providing chairside assistance and performing lab procedures across multiple dental offices based on coverage needs. Responsibilities include managing sterilization protocols, patient flow, and maintaining professional rapport with patients and staff.
Candidates must possess a Massachusetts Dental Assistant License, a Radiology Certificate, and CPR certification. The position is open to new dental assistant graduates.
Looking for a licensed Dental Assistant to come join our Dental team. We are looking for a candidate that is driven and wants to provide the best patient care. Position is full time 35-40 hours per week
Demonstrate complete knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, maintenance, and proper tray setups. Perform all chairside procedures efficiently. Understand and demonstrate proper sterilization, biohazard and infection control procedures in compliance with protocol. Efficiently direct patient flow through teamwork and communication. Perform all applicable lab procedures. Uphold a positive rapport with team members and patients at all times. Job description will be discussed during the interview process
Requirements: License: MA Dental Assistant License Radiology Certificate CPR
