Salary
$40 - $45 / HOUR
Provide home, community, and office-based mental health services including intake assessments and individualized treatment planning for families and individuals. Collaborate with the Department of Child Services, probation, and courts to monitor progress and implement evidence-based therapeutic solutions.
Requires a Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related human service field and eligibility for licensure in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy. Must possess a valid driver's license and insurance to transport clients in a personal or company vehicle.

We currently have openings for community-based Medicaid outpatient clinics and Fatherhood Engagement program with extended opportunities to work with those overcoming addiction or participating in supervised parenting time and reunification efforts along with traditional therapeutic services.

Job Summary This position includes Home, Community and Office-based services to families/persons identified either as under a service referral from the Department of Child Services/Probation and upcoming Medicare/Medicaid clinic options and therapeutic supervised parenting time in home, in community or in office settings.
Practicum and Interns welcome to apply. Clinicians must be comfortable working both as part of a collaborative team and as an individual practitioner and maintain an on-call status as required.
