We are seeking passionate and motivated Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW-C, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC) to join our expanding team. We offer flexible opportunities including full-time, part-time, and fee-for-service roles—ideal for clinicians seeking stability, supplemental income, or the ability to grow a caseload at their own pace.

Responsibilities

Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation (COMAR, Medicaid, CARF standards) Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team Deliver culturally competent, trauma-informed care Schedule & Compensation Full-Time: Competitive salary + comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, CEU support, retirement options). Clinical supervision provided toward full licensure. Part-Time: Flexible scheduling with pro-rated benefits for a consistent caseload. Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Active Maryland license (LGPC, LMSW, LCPC, or LCSW-C) Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Experience with adults in outpatient and/or residential settings preferred
