About the role
The LPN is responsible for triaging patients, collecting lab samples, and accurately entering data into the EHR system. They also coordinate with the front-desk team and provide support to the Family Nurse Practitioner.
Key Responsibilities
· Triage patients with care and confidence · Collect lab samples (phlebotomy certification is a must!) · Enter data accurately into our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system · Coordinate with our front-desk team to keep things flowing · Support our Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) as needed
The ideal candidate will have
· 2+ years of LPN experience · Active LPN license (required) · Phlebotomy certification (required) · BLS certification (preferred)
Requirements
Candidates must have an active LPN license, phlebotomy certification, and at least 2 years of experience. BLS certification is preferred.
