Why clinicians choose Child ACTT: Team-based model with strong clinical support Meaningful, community-based work (homes, schools, and community settings) Licensure support for associate-level clinicians Mission-driven culture focused on Hope, Health, and Healing for Generations If you’re a licensed or associate-level therapist looking to make a direct impact, we encourage you to apply. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group therapy Complete clinical assessments, treatment plans, and crisis plans Participate in daily/weekly team staffing and case reviews Deliver crisis intervention and stabilization services Coordinate care with families, providers, and community partners Maintain accurate, timely documentation in EHR Participate in shared 24/7 on-call rotation Required: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or related field Active NC license or associate-level license LCSW | LCSW-A | LCMHC | LCMHC-A | LMFT | LMFT-A | LCAS | LCAS-A 1+ year of behavioral health experience (children/adolescents preferred) Valid NC driver’s license and reliable transportation Additional Requirements Must pass background, drug, and driving checks Must meet documentation and compliance standards Preferred: Experience with severe emotional/behavioral disorders Experience in community-based or intensive service models (ACTT, IIH, MST, TFC, etc.) Equal Opportunity Employer Children’s Hope Alliance is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace. Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements The position requires a Master Degree in a Human Service or related field plus one year of experience with a similar population. The position also requires a valid NC licensure LCSW, LMFT or LCMHC and LCAS. Associate level licensed professionals may be considered for this position. Requires knowledge and the ability to practically implement mental health regulations and clinical services. Requires effective communication, decision making, analytical, interpersonal, leadership and professionalism skills and abilities. Must have basic computer and math skills. Must have a valid North Carolina’s Driver’s License. Must submit to and pass pre-employment drug screening, criminal, HCPR and driving checks. Must submit insurance and registration documentation if utilizing personal car for work related transports. Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, talk, and hear. Specifics vision abilities required by this position include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Physical functions which are considered essential to the satisfactory performance of the job include the following: public speaking, reading, typing, writing, using the telephone, driving.
