Position Highlights: Receive a generous guaranteed salary in your final year of training Enhance the experience of your final months of training and eliminate the burden of job searching Learn how to operate and thrive in a value-based care model in a system that is driving population health initiatives nationally Grow exposure to the Quadruple Aim framework and various understandings of care settings Mentorship from experienced physicians within your future practice easing transition from training into practice The customized program will be completed at Optum Tri-State facilities in New Jersey and/or virtually with deep exposure to primary and specialty care the practice environment that will require a commitment of only a few hours per month.

Required Qualifications

M.D. or D.O. Must be transitioning into their final year of residency or fellowship or early into their final year.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred candidate will be a local physician resident in New York. Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $39.60 - $59.86 per hour. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Requirements
