Your work is performed in accordance with appropriate procedures under the supervision of the House Manager who reviews results through living area observation of activities in progress, residents’ responsiveness, inspection of living area, reports, and periodic meetings. Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. One year of experience with developmental disabilities is required, and NADD DSP Certification must be obtained within the first year.
