Ebenezer Pharmacy is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Registered Nurse to join our expanding team and contribute to our mission of making a difference in senior living communities!
Regular operating hours Monday-Friday 8:00 am-8:00 pm, Saturday/Sunday 9:00 am-5:00 pm.
This position requires weekends as needed.
As an RN this role supports the closed-door Ebenezer Long-term Care (LTC) Pharmacy and plays a crucial part in ensuring the well-being and health of residents by collaborating with healthcare professionals, educating staff, residents, families, and providers, and maintaining a high standard of resident care.
Serve as a liaison between facility and pharmacy operations teams to promote communication and excellent service. Works closely with the pharmacy team to track and manage medication-related issues, with a focus on quality improvement. Perform audits and deliver on‑site education at partner facilities to support regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and operational excellence. Manages vaccine administration and documentation, and performs Point of Care testing on behalf of the pharmacy.
Required Qualifications Associates Degree in Nursing MN Registered Nurse (RN) License Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross) Drivers License in good standing
Bachelor of Science Nursing 3 years Nursing experience in Long Term Care or Assisted Living Understanding of state and federal regulations as they relate to pharmacy delivery in senior care facilities Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
