Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker

• Northeast Counseling Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker.
• The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker acts a primary worker for his caseload.
• The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker functions as part of a team for the delivery of recovery-based rehabilitation care.
• The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in psychiatric rehabilitation, social work, psychology.
• The individual should have a warm empathic personality.
• They should have a proficiency in written and oral communication skills and good organizational skills with an ability to facilitate groups and individual sessions.
• Additionally, the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker should have a working knowledge of psychiatric rehabilitation, recovery and community support program principles (CSP).
