Coordinates and provides safe care to patients using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Focuses on providing emergency care for acutely ill adult and geriatric patients.
Requires a nursing degree, a current Florida Nursing License, and BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Candidates must have at least one year of acute care experience as an RN, with ED experience or CEN certification preferred.
