Evaluates and provides occupational therapy treatment for patients of all ages to maximize functional independence. Responsibilities include formulating care plans, documenting patient progress, and coordinating discharge planning with families and healthcare teams.

Evaluates, directs, plans, and provides Occupational Therapy treatment for patients of all ages with a wide variety of disabilities to help them achieve a maximum level of functional independence. Documents patient care and results of treatment appropriately in the medical report to comply with policies and procedures of the department and regulatory agencies.
Hours: Full time, 40 hours a week.
Education Requirement: Must hold a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
Certification/License requirement: Must be certified through (NBCOT) National Board of Occupational Therapists. Must hold an active PA State License in Occupational Therapy
Education: Bachelor's Degree-Occupational Therapy (Required)
Experience: Minimum of 2 years-Related work experience (Preferred)
Basic Life Support Certification within 30 days - Default Issuing Body, Certified Occupational Therapist - The National Board of Occupational Therapists (NBCOT), Licensed Occupational Therapist (Pennsylvania) - State of Pennsylvania

Requires a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and certification from the National Board of Occupational Therapists (NBCOT). An active Pennsylvania State License in Occupational Therapy and BLS certification are also required.
