The Medical Assistant supports physicians by assisting with patient care, exams, and procedures in a clinical environment. Responsibilities include recording patient data, managing patient flow, and handling administrative tasks such as scheduling and pre-authorizations.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least one year of experience, preferably in a multi-physician practice. A professional certificate from an accredited Medical Assistant program and CMA certification are strongly preferred.
