Administer prescribed physical therapy treatments to improve resident mobility, strength, and overall quality of life. Implement and modify care plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist while maintaining thorough clinical documentation.
Must possess an active and valid Texas Physical Therapy Assistant license and be in good standing with regulatory boards. Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities and familiarity with Net Health Electronic Documentation are preferred.
