Provides direct medical-surgical nursing care by developing and implementing individualized patient care plans. Collaborates with inter-professional teams and families to ensure holistic, culturally sensitive, and evidence-based patient outcomes.
Requires graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment. Must hold a Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) certification from the American Heart Association.
