Provide comprehensive medication-related care and collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes. Ensure the safety and effectiveness of the medication use process, including dispensing and monitoring therapy.
Requires a PharmD or a Bachelor's of Science in Pharmacy (prior to 2006) and a current Indiana Pharmacist license. PGY1/PGY2 residency, board certification, and BLS certification may be required.

This is a full-time Overnight Pharmacist position that will be located at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, IN for the next 9-10 months. Once our new Hospital in Ft. Wayne, IN opens this position will transfer to Ft. Wayne. This position will work a 7-on 7-off schedule of Wednesday-Tuesday 9pm-7am.
