The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for processing medication orders, monitoring drug therapy, and providing expert drug information to healthcare professionals. They also oversee the work of pharmacy technicians and ensure compliance with sterile and non-sterile compounding guidelines.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of pharmacy experience. Proficiency in medication handling and adherence to USP <795>, <797>, and <800> guidelines are required.
Performs medication order processing responsibilities within established policies, procedures, and guidelines, and provides drug information while applying a thorough understanding and knowledge of drug and medical therapy .
