Support licensed physical therapists in delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to residents to improve mobility and reduce pain. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, and educating residents and families on recovery techniques.
Candidates must have completed an accredited PTA program and hold a current state license or certification. Basic computer proficiency and strong interpersonal skills are required.
