The LPN manages medication systems and provides person-centered psychiatric services within an Assertive Community Treatment or Family Practice team. Responsibilities include administering medications, providing crisis response, and coordinating care with other medical providers.
Candidates must hold a valid NC Nursing License or Compact License and a valid driver's license. A minimum of one year of experience working with adults with serious mental illness is required.
The Nurse (LPN) is part of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) OR Family Practice team that provides person-centered services addressing a breadth of beneficiary’s needs, helping him or her achieve their personal goals.
The Nurse (LPN) position does not oversee staff.
