Become fully functional in the use of the electronic medical record (EMR) and follow the EMR Manual instructions.

• EDUCATION and
• CERTIFICATIONS: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. LPN License OR licensed RN with an active LPN license to practice in the State of Florida. Active BLS Certification.
