Salary
$47 - $51 / HOUR
Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in PreOp and PACU, focusing on safety, comfort, and privacy. Assist physicians in procedure rooms and manage patients emerging from general anesthesia or sedation until discharge.
Requires a graduate degree from an accredited RN school and an active New Jersey RN license. BLS and ACLS certifications are required, with a preference for 2 years of experience in PACU or Critical Care.

PreOp/PACU Registered Nurse (RN) at Toms River Surgery Center The PACU Registered Nurse provides continuity and quality nursing care for all patients, with continual evaluation of the patient's condition, providing patient safety, comfort, and privacy at all times. May assist the physicians in the procedure rooms with various tasks, conscious sedation, and utilizing sterile techniques as deemed appropriate. Will provide total comprehensive patient care to patients emerging from general anesthesia and/or sedation; assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patient and family in preparation for discharge
$47.00/hr - $51.00/hr (Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.)
