The Physical Therapist will perform evaluations and implement personalized treatment plans to improve cognitive, neurological, and physical functioning for pediatric and adult patients. They are responsible for coordinating care with physicians and instructing families and caregivers on treatment plans.
Candidates must hold a doctoral degree in physical therapy, a valid Utah state license, and active BLS certification. A valid driver's license and auto insurance are required, with one year of clinical experience preferred.
