The PHP Therapist provides direct patient care for children and adolescents, including crisis intervention and the management of a therapeutic milieu. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and leading individual, family, and group counseling sessions.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, with LSW or LPC licensure preferred. Required certifications include BLS Provider and CPI upon completion of orientation.

Staff must demonstrate flexibility for reassignment to units providing care to varied populations including children, pre-adolescents, adolescents and adult patients.
