The therapist provides therapeutic interventions, diagnostic evaluations, and crisis support to youth, families, and adults. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans and maintaining accurate health record documentation.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree with LSW and 3+ years of experience, or a Master's degree in human services with LPC or MFT licensure. The role requires the ability to provide 25 service delivery hours per week.

Conduct diagnostic evaluations. Provide therapy, family support, and crisis interventions to an individual, family and/or group using various treatment modalities. Provide mental health consultation to stakeholders and treatment team members. Develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with an interdisciplinary team Develop and coordinate discharge planning. Maintain timely and accurate health record documentation. Attend regular staff meetings, clinical meetings and one-on-one sessions with direct supervisor to process current status of cases. Provide 25 service delivery hours per week.
