• Health licensed outpatient behavioral health clinic

• FUNCTIONS: Providing nursing services to persons living with mental health conditions Triage of psychiatry clients Assistance to prescriber Health assessments Review of external health information Health promotion education Long-acting injection medication administration.

• ATTRIBUTES: Licensed Practical Nurse licensed in New York State Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Excellent problem solving and time management skills Ability and interest in working with individuals and families affected by behavioral health disorders

• Spanish speaking a plus

• EXPERIENCE: 2 years of previous nursing experience with a mental health population or outpatient medical experience Licensed
