This is a full-time position with a pay range of $22.50 – $24.00/hour, commensurate with experience.

The Therapeutic Support Specialist exemplifies commitment to respectful, positive, person-centered behavioral supports; promotes safety, autonomy, growth, and protection of personal rights; writes personalized support plans; provides guidance and direct support to individuals and teams experiencing challenging behaviors; and ensures adherence to established best practices and regulations.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in the Human Services field, with 3–5+ years supporting individuals who experience behavioral challenges
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage work, workflows, and documentation efficiently and effectively
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and model a calm, positive demeanor in stressful situations, with a commitment to relationship-driven behavioral change
• Tech-savvy with experience using software systems and the ability to learn and navigate new platforms and applications
• Valid driver’s license, registered and inspected vehicle, and auto insurance
