Must hold a current Washington State LPN or RN license and a CPR/BLS certification. Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care is preferred.

Serene Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for a short-term contract assignment at a premier senior living community in Bellingham, Washington. Provide direct nursing care to residents Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor resident conditions and report changes Coordinate with caregivers, providers, and facility leadership Maintain accurate clinical documentation Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
Current Washington State LPN or RN license in good standing Previous Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, or Skilled Nursing experience preferred Current CPR/BLS certification Strong communication and clinical assessment skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
