Responsible for the evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of patients with conditions affecting the hands and upper quadrant. This includes planning treatment programs, fabricating splints, and documenting patient progress in coordination with medical staff.
Requires a degree in occupational or physical therapy and at least one year of experience as a hand therapist or a supervised internship. Must hold a New Mexico license to practice and be certified or eligible for certification in hand therapy.
