Assists in the development and the monitoring of department specific systems and in the coordination of activities that improve the quality of patient care in Diagnostic Imaging Services.QualificationsMinimum Position Requirements Work Experience One (1) year experience in Diagnostic Imaging in a hospital setting preferred. License/Registration/Certification Texas Certified Medical Radiological Technologist (MRT) through American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) achieved or will attain within one year of hire Current Basic Life Support (BLS). Education and Training Graduate of accredited radiological technologist program. Skills Possesses critical thinking and problem solving skills. Possesses effective oral and written communication skills. Possesses effective interpersonal relationship skills. Technically competent in tasks within the scope of practice of a Diagnostic Imaging Technologist. Ability to utilize computers for documentation purposes.
