The Pre/Post Op RN manages patient admissions, assessments, and IV initiation during the pre-operative phase. Post-operatively, they monitor patient recovery, manage pain and sedation, and provide essential patient and family education.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license and a degree from an accredited nursing school. Required qualifications include 2-5 years of experience in PreOp/PACU or Critical Care, along with current BLS, ALS, and PALS certifications.
