The Practice MarinHealth Medical Center – Greenbrae, California Level III Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and Stroke Center. 200-bed facility with a 32-bed Emergency Department. Annual volume of 42,500 with approximately 120 patients per day. Strong call group support with consultants and hospital administration. Top 5% of Hospitals Nationwide (2024); "A" Grade - Overall Hospital Safety (2024) from The Leapfrog Group. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown. Requirements
