Lead psychoeducational and process groups for individuals recovering from Substance Use Disorders using evidence-based practices. Maintain clinical integrity through accurate documentation and provide immediate crisis support and de-escalation for clients.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Group Facilitator to join our outpatient team on a part-time contract basis. This role is specifically designed to provide high-quality clinical coverage for our Saturday sessions, ensuring our clients receive consistent support and evidence-based interventions during the weekend. Schedule Availability Part time (15 hours per week) with consistent Monday availability required. Responsibilities Facilitation: Lead psychoeducational and process groups for individuals in various stages of recovery from Substance Use Disorders. Clinical Integrity: Utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing to foster a supportive and therapeutic environment.
Complete timely and accurate clinical progress notes in compliance with state regulations and program standards.
Crisis
Management: Provide immediate support and de-escalation for clients in distress.
QualificationsQualifications
Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
Active state certification or licensure (e.g., CADC, LADC, LCSW, LPC) is preferred.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working in an SUD or behavioral health setting.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for both client interaction and clinical documentation.
