Salary

Provides clinical support to adults and children receiving mental health and substance abuse services across various program settings. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring the health and safety of clients.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of experience with mentally ill persons or college coursework. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass advanced CPI training and background screenings.

About LCI with Benefits
A CARE Team Response Technician assists the counselors/therapeutic/nursing staff by providing clinical support to adults and children who are receiving substance abuse, mental health services or co-occurring disorders in residential programs, inpatient settings, day/evening programs, outpatient programs and/or community-based programs.
Base pay ranges from $17.50 - $18.75 an hour based on experience with an additional supplemental pay (up to 8% of base pay) for the Central Receiving Facility. Shift differential pay is $2.00 - $4.00 per hour when applicable.
