The Navigator I identifies and reduces barriers for clients by connecting them with essential services and resources. They are responsible for conducting outreach, engagement, and ongoing case management within a multi-disciplinary team.
A high school diploma or GED is required, with a preference for an associate degree in Behavioral Health. Candidates must have at least six months of recovery from substance use or mental health disorders and a valid Arizona driver's license.
