Provide general nursing care to residents within an assisted living neighborhood. Attend to the medical and emotional needs of the residents to ensure their well-being.
Candidates must hold a current State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Certification in CPR is required or the candidate must be eligible for certification.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: High school diploma or equivalent No experience required! We are willing to train you to be a great caregiver! Completion of the DHS 6-hour Direct Care training course (must be completed online within the first week of employment) Completion of the DHS Medication Administration course (must be completed within the first 30 days of employment at the community) CPR and first aid certified or willingness to become certified Team members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more!
